What is your return policy？

Orders may be returned up to 14 days after receiving the package and return tracking must be emailed to us within this period.

*Note: RETURNS WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE AFTER 14 DAYS.

Please email us for the reason of return and we will supply the return address immediately. Returns must be unworn and undamaged with its original packaging otherwise your refunds or exchanges will not be proceeded.

We are committed to technical apparel that lasts. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team. For any questions, please reach out to riedeljnightm71193@gmail.com

What is your exchange policy？

Exchanges are available for alternative products, size, and color. 

1. Exchange for size & color.

If you would like to exchange for different size or color, there is no cost for new shipment, but we do not cover your return shipping cost.

2. Exchange for alternative products.

If you would like to exchange for an alternative style, let us know the item you are sending back and request a refund. We will provide a Refund Code (it’s just like a gift card code) to buy any new item. Once you have your exchanging item returned (see return policy), we will arrange your new order shipment. You only need to pay for shipping once if your total order amount meets free shipping.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a Return or Exchange, please email us at erapicktamera@gmail.com. We’ll send you an email the address you can send any returns back to. If you email our team with an image of your shipping receipt, we will happily help you finish the return and exchange process.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Once we have your items checked in, your refund will be issued within 3 days. Exchange items will be sent out as soon as you request them.

How much do return cost?

We offer free returns on all purchases damaged due to a material or manufacturing error. For other reasons of returns, you will be required to pay for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Silk Maison does not cover the cost of return shipping.
