When will my order ship out?

We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, please allow 5 business days from the date of purchase for your item(s) to be packed & shipped.
During promotional or holiday weeks, your order will ship within 7 business days.
Any backordered item(s) will begin shipping within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Does Silk Maison shipping internationally?

Yes. We can ship internationally! However transit times can take up to 7-30 business days depending on your location.

Please be advised that currently we are unable to ship to India,Brazil,Thailand and Greece. 

How much duty and tax will you have to pay?

If you are ordering to European Union countries, you will need to pay VAT import taxes and duties based on local laws and restrictions. For other regions, taxes and duties are on us. These will NOT be shown as part of the final price at checkout.
